About this set: This is a simple, but pretty [at least I think so:] webset. I just downloaded some new presets for my SBP filter last night and when I saw the twisty floral border in my files, it reminded me of one of the new presets - when I tried the 2 side by side, they looked so nice together that I just had to make a set with them. :)

Design Notes: I made this a left sided border because when you use top borders, you pretty much lose the look of the set as you continue down the page unless you use a "fixed" bg property or frames (which some people's browsers still don't display correctly).
I also wanted to make this semi-formal: not too elegant and not too informal; that way it's more multipurpose and can work either way with your content.
This set is very easy to save; there are no sliced images and the background is all one piece.
